About the team you'll be joining

You'll be working alongside our VP of Sales, supporting the team's mission of growing both direct and channel sales globally. 

We're interested in meeting driven self-starters looking for a unique and challenging opportunity in one of the fastest growing travel tech companies in Europe. 

You'll quickly become an integral part of our growing Sales team, taking complete ownership of the strategic growth and management of Seatfrog's partnerships across UK and Europe, and directly contributing to Seatfrog's ambitious growth and revenue targets. 

About the role

Your key areas of focus will be: 

  • Defining, iterating on and executing our partnerships strategy in line with our exciting growth plans
  • Business development – proactively identifying potential partners and key stakeholders within partnering organisations
  • Building and nurturing strong relationships with our partners
  • Collaborating closely with our partners develop joint business and marketing plans
  • Exploring, proposing and collaborating on new product features that will benefit potential and existing partners.

What you'll need

  • You'll have deep and demonstrable business development and/or partner sales relationship management experience
  • You'll be able to demonstrate an exemplary record of performance - consistently exceeding quota and key performance metrics
  • You have the drive and desire to build a word class partner program
  • You're tenacious and determined to succeed, with a hunter mindset
  • You are an expert in building rapport quickly and effortlessly, and you care deeply about creating and nurturing relationships
  • You have a strong executive presence, and are comfortable interacting with stakeholders at all levels 
  • You've got razor sharp commercial instincts and are constantly seeking to hone them further
  • Previous experience selling into the travel industry is not essential, but would come in handy.
