The opportunity

As our new Performance Marketing Manager you will be responsible for driving performance of user acquisition across partner channels, suggesting and planning effective digital marketing campaigns with partners.

We're looking for an enthusiastic self-starter who is keen on not only strategic planning and performance focussed marketing, but also nurturing client relationships and evolving Seatfrog use.

Tasks will include driving performance management of partner marketing; social media optimisation, content, remarketing campaigns and email.

  • Manage and maintain strong relationships with new and existing partnerships for an internal and external audience
  • Support partners with driving awareness & demand on their own digital & social channels activities such as email, social, online campaigns, events and direct marketing.
  • Support with creating relevant collateral including case studies & PR, advocating and building up the Seatfrog brand with each partner.
  • Deliver on a broad range of customer focused initiatives to support marketing with revenue targets in mind.
  • Working closely with the data & product team and sales team members to identify and create opportunities with partners
  • Evaluate partner needs and build productive long lasting relationships
  • Drive innovation in marketing across the Seatfrog channel mix
  • Educate partners on the value of Seatfrog on the best ways to support their customers with co-marketing activities



  • Performance marketing focused experience, social & email primarily.
  • Relevant experience in B2B tech, B2C affiliates.
  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines to plan multiple concurrent marketing activities, content and campaigns in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent presentation skills to be able to present ideas and proposals in a clear and coherent way.
  • Strong influencing and negotiating skills.
  • Professional and upbeat attitude, with the ability to interact effectively with customers, sales, marketing and other internal teams.
  • Excellent problem solving skills, combined with strong commercial acumen.
  • Ability to deliver quality outputs in a fast-paced, exciting and dynamic environment with an ability to work to tight deadlines.
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to liaise with all levels of management and to communicate cross-functionally in a structured and clear manner to influence outcome
  • Experience in a marketplace, high growth business is a plus
